We provide a full range of services, from grading permeable bases and parking lots to concrete work, pavers, and landscaping. As a fully licensed (#17888), insured, and bonded contractor in Alabama, we prioritize safety, compliance, and quality on every job.

With a personalized, hands-on approach, Steve Crim oversees each project directly, ensuring meticulous quality control. Our in-house architectural and engineering experts manage all phases of the build process, from permits and design to project completion. We specialize in custom homes, including beach and pile-on houses, often collaborating with Mint Decor for distinctive interior designs.

Employing advanced techniques like laser-guided framing and silicone-sealed joints for superior air sealing, we focus on precision. Our low project volume allows us to dedicate focused attention to each build.

We back our work with a 12-month warranty on new constructions and a 3-month warranty for remodels. Additionally, we personally handle all inspection report repairs, ensuring every detail meets our rigorous standards.
